Tsakoniki is a medium-early Greek eggplant variety, perfectly suited for greenhouse cultivation. The fruits grow to 22–24 cm long and stand out with their purple skin and characteristic white stripes. The flesh is white, firm, and lacks any bitter aftertaste, making it ideal for frying, grilling, stewing, or stuffing. Plants reach a height of about 65–70 cm and provide harvest-ready fruits 75–85 days after planting the seedlings.
